脉冲熔融-飞行时间质谱法测定金属材料中氧、氮、氢和氩 被引量:20

Simultaneous Determination of Oxygen,Nitrogen,Hydrogen and Argon in Metals by Pulse Heating and Time of Flight Mass Spectrometric Method

摘要 采用自主研制的脉冲熔融-飞行时间质谱法可以同时测定金属中O,N,H和Ar。重点讨论质谱谱线的选择,信号获得以及数据处理和校准,并给出O,N,H和Ar 4种的检出限分别为0.021,0.060,0.002和0.002"g/g,线性范围分别为0.070~500"g/g,0.200~400"g/g,0.006~40"g/g和0.005~15"g/g。并利用不同样品对本方法的准确性和精密度进行了验证,实验结果与传统方法吻合。实验表明,本方法准确、有效,可同时测定4种气体元素O,N,H和Ar。 A pulse heating and time of flight-mass spectrometric method was used for quantitative determination of oxygen,nitrogen,hydrogen and argon in metals.The analyzing process was introduced,including mass spectral line selection,signal acquisition,data processing and calibration.The detection limits of O,N,H,Ar are 0.021,0.060,0.002,0.002 μg/g,and the linear ranges of O,N,H,Ar are 0.070-500,0.200-400,0.006-40,0.005-15 μg/g,respectively.The accuracy and precision of the method have also been verified by analyzing several kinds of samples.The results are consistent with those of traditional method,which shows that the new method is sensitive and efficient.
