摘要
在分析高精度钛毛细管的拉拔工艺和拉拔应力的基础上,说明了内径控制的方法。采用带芯杆拉拔并成功脱芯的技术,可严格控制毛细管的内径变化,得到高精度钛毛细管。根据静力平衡条件,导出了拉拔高精度钛毛细管拉拔应力公式,并分析了摩擦力对脱芯效果的影响。还推导出了毛细管管壁内任一点的径向位移公式,且据此说明了毛细管成品必须退火。
On the basis of analysing drawing technology and drawing stress of the high accurate capillary of titanium (HACT),this paper described the method of controling the internal diameter (ID).The ID can be strickly controlled by drawing with a core and shedding the core successfully HACT can be got. According to the conditions of static equilibrium,the drawing stress formulation of drawing HACT was given.The effect of frictional force on the effectiveness of shedding core was analysed.In order to explain the importance of annealing for finished capillary the radial displacement formulation for any points on the capillary walls was derived.
