摘要
应用气体分析仪开展脉冲熔融-飞行时间质谱法定氦的方法研究和定氩的应用研究,采用气标标定,标定曲线线性良好。选择脉冲-热导法作为参比方法,文中公布的实验结果均为两种方法对比数据。建立了质谱定氦和氩的方法,分析测定科研用充氦钛膜中氦,实际应用于测定粉末冶金钛合金中氩。试验表明脉冲熔融-飞行时间质谱法可以准确测定金属中氦和氩,定量分析结果与现有的脉冲-热导法基本一致。
Gas analyzer was used for the method study of determining helium and application study of argon by pulse heating-time of flight mass spectrometry.The linearity of calibration curves was good if standard gas was used.The pulse-thermal conductivity method was used as reference.The experimental results were comparison results of the two methods.The determination method of helium and argon was established.The helium in helium-filled titanium film for scientific research was analyzed,and the argon in titanium alloy for powder metallurgy was determined.The test results indicated that,pulse heating-time of flight mass spectrometry could be used for accurate determination of helium and argon in metal.The quantitative analysis results were consistent with those obtained by existing pulse-thermal conductivity method.
