摘要
作者试验研究了以P507萃淋树脂为固定相,硫酸作流动相的萃取色层法分离钍,采用偶氮氯膦-mA双波长分光光度法测定钍,并用于岩石中微量钍的分析。
This article is engaged in the research of extractive chromatographic method for the separation of Th with P507-containing Resin as stationary phase, and H_2SO_4 as mobile phase. Acidity is found to be the main factor that affects separation. When acidity inereases,chromatogram peak becomes steep and narrow,then eluant volume reduces. When acidity decreases,chromatogram peak becomes wide, then eluant volume gets bigger. Because acidity increases with the reduction of the partition ration(D),we use 2.5mol/1 H_2SO_3 elution to separate Th,so that a good result was obtained. In order to ensure the separation 30℃ is selected to controll the flow rate being less than 1ml/min. The standard recovery results are quite satisfactory.
The colour reaction of chlorophosphonazo-mA(CPA-mA)with Th has been investigated by dual-wavelenth spectrophotometric method. It has been found that in 0.02~0.3mol/1 HCl media and with this reagent Th forms a blue complex. The value of 0~40μg Th/25ml adheres to Beers low, the molar absorptivity is 1.49×101·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1), and the composition of the complex is Thto CPA-mA=1:2. The complex is stabilized in more than seven days. The proposed procedure has been applied to determination of minor Th in rocks, and standart rock samples analysis values are similar to the published values.
