摘要
基于Fick第二扩散定律和Fourier定律,提出了一个用以描述片状含湿生物多孔材料内部传热传质的一维数学模型.模型考虑了传热传质之间的耦合作用,采用了更精确的第三类边界条件,运用有限差分法采用Matlab编程进行数值模拟计算,得到了物料在不同气流干燥条件下的干燥曲线,并以胡萝卜为实验材料对该模型进行了实验验证,验证结果表明数学模拟值和实验值吻合较好,可以用来模拟胡萝卜片干燥过程中温湿度变化.
A mathematical model of simultaneous heat and mass transfer was proposed for prediction of internal moisture and temperature in slice bio-porous material based on Fick and Fourier theory.The third boundary condition was adopted,both moisture and temperature curves in different drying conditions were received by using the finite difference method,using carrot as experimental material,the result shows that the numerical calculation result agrees well with the experimental data during drying period,the model is used to predict temperature and moisture distributions of carrot.
