摘要
全面系统地综述了国内外水泥回转窑一维数学模型,重点介绍了传热模型、料床运动模型、煤粉燃烧模型和熟料矿物形成模型。应用MATLAB编程、求解,展示并分析了不同模型及关键参数对模拟结果的影响。在此基础上,展望了回转窑一维数学模型的发展趋势。
One-dimensional model of the rotary cement kilns are summarized. Models for heat transfer in the kiln, the solid bed and its movement, coal combustion and chemical reactions of the clinker are discussed separately. Effects of different kinds of models and the variation of key parameters on the simulation of rotary kilns are analyzed with MATLAB. Furthermore, trends of the one-dimensional model of rotary kilns are put forward.
