摘要
在探讨专业的概念、构成要件的基础上,分析图书馆员的专业性的不足,进而提出提高图书馆员专业化的几点建议。
Based on the concepts of professionalism and its prerequisites,this paper analyzes the inadequacies and shortcomings in professionalism among librarians and makes some suggestions on how to improve it substantially.
