摘要
图书馆员职业化是图书馆行业获得持续、稳定发展并实行标准化管理的基本前提。由于种种原因,我国图书馆员职业化建设还刚刚起步,有必要从我国的实情出发,明确我国图书馆员职业化的科学内涵,分析推进此项工作可能遇到的困境,寻找到可行的路径。
The professionalization of librarians is a basic premise for a stable and sustainable library,and a prerequisite for standardized management in a library.For many reasons,professional development for librarians is just starting in the country.So it is necessary to make clear the scientific connotation of it according to the reality of our country,and to analyze the dilemma that might be met in finding the way to achieve it.
