The Discussion of Non-language Communication between Clinical Medical Students and Patients

摘要 非语言沟通是临床医学生人际沟通技能的重要组成部分,在临床实践中常常被忽视。非语言沟通的前提是要从患者的角度去考虑问题,同情患者的感受,付出自己的爱心。非语言沟通的技巧和方法对于临床医学生而言简单易行,不仅要从站姿、表情、举止等方面去体现,而且要使患者感到其中的关爱与体贴,以提升沟通效果,使临床医学生赢得患者的信任,接受他们的治疗。加强非语言沟通的培训是提升临床实习质量的重要部分。 Non-language communication is an important part of interpersonal communication skill for clinical students which common are ignored in clinical practice.The premise of it is to think problems from the angle of patients,to sympathize patients' feeling and to give our love.The skills and methods of non-language communication are simple and easy to do for clinical medical students.They not only should embody from the aspects of standing posture,expression and behavior,but also should make patients feel their loving care and show consideration for them in order to improve communication effect for earning trust from patients to accept their treatment.Non-language communication training strengthening is a vital part of improving clinical practice quality.
