摘要
目的探讨植物人家属存在的心理问题及护理对策。方法选取30例植物生存状态患者的家属共100位作为研究对象,对比观察患者家属的心理状态问题,分析护理干预措施的实施效果。结果本次调查中30例植物人的家属心理问题以抑郁、悲观最为突出,显著高于其他心理状态(P<0.05)。经护理干预后,患者家属SAS、SDS评分均显著低于护理干预前(P<0.05)。结论植物人家属心理复杂,护理人员要有高度责任心和无私奉献精神,切实从患者家属角度考虑问题,并对患者家属的疑问给予专业、负责的解答,以改善家属的心理状态。
Objective To explore psychological problems and nursing of vegetative families. Methods A total of 100 family members of 30 vegetative patients were selected as research subjects. Mental problems and nursing interventions were compared. Results Psychological problems such as depression and pessimism was most prominent, which was significantly higher than other mental status （P〈0.05）. After nursing intervention, SAS, SDS scores of patients were significantly lower than nursing intervention before（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing staff should have a high sense of responsibility and dedication, they should give professional and responsible solutions for family members of vegetable patients.
