摘要
添加了抗氧化剂的TGIC副产物经蒸馏,得到较纯净的副产物,并将其与热熔胶黏剂按一定比例混合,得到一种复合胶黏剂。分析了副产物与热熔胶黏剂的配比对持黏性、T—剥离强度、180°剥离强度、软化点、熔融黏度的影响。当TGIC副产物与热熔胶黏剂的配比为2∶8时,所制备胶黏剂的主要力学、理化指标仍能满足家具封边、胶订等领域的行业标准的要求。TGIC副产物在热熔胶黏剂中的应用,不仅降低了产品的成本,减少了环境污染,而且熔融黏度的降低,使得操作难度也大大降低,继而节省了操作成本。
After distilling the TGIC by-products with antioxidant added in, the pure by-products were obtained. A kind of compound adhesive was synthesized by mixing this pure by-product and hot melt adhesive with a certain mixing ratio. The effects of mixing ratio of by-products to hot melt adhesive on the holding viscosity, T-peel strength, 180~ peel strength, softening point and melting viscosity were analyzed. When the ratio of TGIC by-products to hot melt adhesive was 2:8 ,the key mechanical, physical and chemical index of prepared adhesive could still meet the normative requirement of furniture edge sealing and adhesive binding. The application of TGIC by-products in hot melt adhesive had reduced both the products cost and the environmental pollution. And as the melting viscosity reducing, the operation difficulty and cost also decreased.
