摘要
主要研究了异氰脲酸三缩水甘油酯(TGIC)的合成工艺,讨论了原料配比、反应时间、催化剂种类和用量及两种不同后处理工艺对产品收率及环氧当量的影响,提出了适宜的合成条件。实验表明:用过滤法除去NaCl产率比水洗法高,且回收EPCH可以直接循环使用,对产品产率及环氧当量影响不大。使用乙醇作精制溶剂,产品收率比甲醇高七个百分点。
The synthesis technology of triglycidyl isocyanurate (TGIC) was studied mainly. The effect of the ratio of raw material, the reaction time, the sort of catalysts and their amounts, two different processes on the product yield and the epoxy equivalent were discussed. The suitable synthesis conditions were given. The results showed that the product yield of using filter directly to separate NaCl is higher than that of water-washing. The recovered EPCH can be recycled directly. It has almost no effect on the yield and the epoxy equivalent of TGIC. The yield of using ethanol as solvent to refine crude product is 7% higher than that of methanol.
