摘要
以聚酯HMA(热熔胶)、聚烯烃HMA和聚酰胺HMA为研究对象,建立了HMA熔融黏度的可编程控制式黏度计连续检测法,并对其进行了多种试验条件的对比试验和验证试验。研究结果表明:与传统检测方法相比,可编程控制式黏度计连续检测法具有(同等检测时间)多数据采集之优点,既可实现多温度、多时间点高密集数据采集,又可自动显示熔融黏度变化曲线;熔融黏度-时温曲线的综合分析结果,对新产品改性研制具有良好的指导作用。
With polyester HMA(hot melt adhesive) ,polyolefin HMA,and polyamide HMA as research objects, a continuous testing method of HMA's melt viscosity was established by programmable control type viseosimeter, and its contrasted and validated tests were implemented in various testing conditions. The research results showed that the compared with traditional testing method ,the continuous testing method of programmable control type viseosimeter had the advantages of collecting multi-source data at same testing time,and it could achieve collecting multi-temperatures or multi-times data with high dense points ,and could automatically display melt viscosity change curves. The comprehensive analysis results of melt viscosity-time or temperature curves had good guidance function for the modification and research of new product.
