摘要
目的:研究川芎嗪对博莱霉素致肺间质纤维化大鼠端粒酶表达的影响。方法:SD雄性大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、阳性药物对照组及川芎嗪组。分别于给药14、28d后取肺组织,冷冻切片,原位杂交法检测端粒酶的表达。结果:与模型组相比,川芎嗪在14d和28d均可下调端粒酶的表达,而且川芎嗪组端粒酶的表达14d较28d高。结论:川芎嗪通过抑制端粒酶的活性,对特发性肺纤维化起到防治作用。
Objective: To study the effect of tetramethylpyrazine (TMP) on the expression of telomerase in bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis rats. Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into a normal group, a model group, a positive control group and a TMP group. After they were given the medicine,the rats were killed on 14 and 28 days to get lung tissues for in situ hybridization studies of telomerase. Results: Compared with the model group, TMP restrained the expression of telomerase on 14 and 28 days, and the expression of telomerase on 14 days was more than 28 days. Conclusion: TMP has the function of anti-fibrosis of the lung through restraining the expression of telomerase.
