摘要
本文就我国住院医师规范化培训现状所存在的问题进行讨论,并就上海市实施的新的住院医师规范化培训办法简介,以期为我国住院医师培训的改革提供思路。
The article discussed the current situation and problems existing in the standard training for resident doctors in China, and made an introduction on the new standard training for resident doctors in Shanghai, so as to provide some experiences for the reform of standard training for resident doctors in China.
