摘要
目的观察解毒活血中药对急性冠状动脉综合征患者(ACS)经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后炎症反应的作用。方法将50例ACS患者PCI术后随机分为治疗组和对照组各25例,对照组予常规西药,治疗组在对照组基础上加用活血解毒中药,疗程均为30天,检测治疗前后血清细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)和P-选择素水平,并进行中医证候评分并观察中医证候疗效。结果治疗后两组患者血清ICAM-1及P-选择素与治疗前比较均有明显下降(P<0.05),治疗后两组间比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后两组间比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率92%,对照组总有效率72%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论解毒活血中药能明显降低ACS患者PCI术后血清ICAM-1和P-选择素表达水平,表明解毒活血中药能抑制PCI术后炎性反应。
Objective To observe the influence of detoxificating and activating blood herbal medicine on inflammation reaction of the patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) . Methods Fifty ACS patients after PCI were randomized into treatment group and control group with 25 in each. The control group was given the routine western medicine treatment, the treatment group was administered detoxificating and activating blood herbal medicine additionally. The levels of serum intercellular adhesive molecule-1 (ICAM-1) and P-selection were detected and the TCM syndromes were scored to evaluate the effect. Results After treatment, the serum ICAM-1 and P-selection of the two groups were significantly lowered (P〈0.05), and the comparison between the two groups was also statistically different (P〈0.05). The difference in the scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant (P〈 0.05), and the difference in the scores of TCM syndromes between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant (P〈0. 05). The total effective rate was 920/00 and 72% in the treatment group and control group respectively with a statistical difference (P〈0. 05). Conclusion The detoxificating and activating blood herbal medicine effectively decrease the ICAM-1 and P-selection expression of the ACS patients, indicating that it is able to inhibit the inflammatory reaction after PCI.
