内皮素-1、细胞黏附分子-1与慢性阻塞性肺疾病的相关性被引量：2

摘要目的探讨血清中内皮素-1(ET-1)和细胞黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)发病中的作用及相关性。方法采用ELISA法检测80例COPD患者(观察组,其中急性加重期50例,缓解期30例)和20例健康体检者(对照组)的血清ET-1和ICAM-1水平,并对其相关性进行分析。结果观察组血清ET-1和ICAM-1水平均高于对照组(P均<0.05);急性加重期血清ET-1和ICAM-1水平明显高于缓解期(P均<0.05)。ET-1和ICAM-1的相关分析显示两者呈正相关(r=0.568,P<0.05)。结论 ET-1和ICAM-1可能参与了COPD的发病过程,两者关系密切,且两者水平与病情有关。
