摘要
以准噶尔盆地石炭系火成岩为目的层的油气勘探开发已开展近20年,实钻中井漏问题十分突出,虽经过多年研究,但问题一直没有得到很好地解决。近年来,伴随着国内外成熟的钻、完井技术不断整合配套,基于大量的地质资料分析、基础理论研究成果及现场参数统计和室内实验与模拟结果,在上述地区开展了控压钻井(MPD)技术实践并获得成功。实践证明:MPD在该区的成功应用不但解决了长期困扰人们的井漏问题,而且还以其自身优势解决了诸如产层保护、井身结构优化、二叠系和石炭系地层机械钻速难以提高、井壁失稳和长裸眼段穿越多套压力系统共存的窄密度窗口等一系列相关难题。通过多项技术攻关和现场试验,提高了机械钻速、延长了钻头寿命,为该地区裂缝性火山岩气藏的勘探开发提供了技术保障。
The carboniferous igneous gas reservoirs have been taken as the pay zones of the hydrocarbon exploration and development in the Junggar Basin over the past two decades.However,the prominent problem of lost circulation has never been solved in spite of many years of research.In this study area,managed pressure drilling(MPD) practices have been performed with great success in recent years,based upon a large amount of geological data analysis,theoretical study results,field data,experimental data,and simulation results.The successful application proves that the MPD has not only solved the long-term problem of lost circulation,but also has helped achieve good results in reservoir protection,casing program optimization,a higher ROP and a longer bit life in Permian and Carboniferous rocks,wellbore stability,and smooth operation through the long openhole with multiple pressure systems which presented a great challenge of narrow fluid density.Pilot tests and field application prove that the MPD provides a technical support for the exploration and development in the fractured igneous gas reservoirs in this study area.
