摘要
国内把欠平衡钻井和欠平衡完井称为全过程欠平衡钻井,国外称为欠平衡作业,其核心是不压井作业。介绍了过胶芯起下钻、强行起下钻和井下隔离起下钻3种作业方法的适用情况及不压井作业装置和井下套管阀。分析了不压井作业的压力控制原理,并提出了起下钻、下筛管、下完井管柱等不压井作业时应考虑的问题。建议我国开展不压井作业在欠平衡钻井中的应用研究,以真正实现全过程欠平衡钻井,充分发挥欠平衡钻井的作用。
Underbalanced drilling and underbalanced completion are called whole course underbalanced drilling in China, but called underbalanced operation in foreign country. Its core technology is no-killing operation. The article introduces equipment and downhole casing valves for three kinds of no killing operations- stripping, snubbing and down-hole isolation. The principle of pressure control and the problems about tripping, running in hole liner and completion tube, etc. are analyzed. This paper finally suggests that application studies of no-killing operations in underbalanced drilling should be conducted in China to realize actual whole course underbalanced drilling and to make full use of functions of underbalanced drilling.
