摘要
根据佛山地区的气象条件,对佛山岭南天地1地块发展项目的保留历史建筑及新旧结合风貌建筑的围护结构热工性能及建筑能耗现状进行模拟、分析和研究,针对现有建筑的实际情况,提出了4种屋面节能改造方案,并采用对比评定法分别对4种方案进行了节能评价。对其中的屋面通风改造方案,通过模拟屋面通风层的速度场和温度场分布,来优化该屋面通风改造方案。
According to Foshan weather condition,we simulate and study the thermal properties for envelope structure and energy consumption situation of Foshan Lingnan Tiandi 1st Block Develop Project typical building.Aiming at the actual situation for the existing building,we present four proposals on energy-saving rebuilding of roof,and carry on energy-saving evaluation for the four proposals by contrast assessment method.Then we optimize the roof ventilation proposal by simulating the velocity and temperature field distribution of roof ventilation layer.
