ENERGY-SAVING RECONSTRUCTION OF EXISTING BUILDINGS IN HOT-SUMMER-&-COLD-WINTER AREA

摘要 为解决夏热冬暖地区既有建筑能耗大问题,对该地区气候特征、既有建筑外围护结构热工性能及室内热环境状况进行分析,从墙体、屋顶、窗户以及室外热湿环境等方面提出了对夏热冬暖地区既有建筑的节能改造技术措施,为本地区既有建筑节能改造技术提供参考。 In order to solve the problem of large energy consumption of existing buildings in hot-summer and cold-winter area, analysis was made on the climatic features of the area, the thermal performance of the enclosure structure and the indoor thermal environment of the existing buildings. And technical measures were put forward for the energy-saving reconstruction of the existing buildings in the area in respects of wall, roof, window and indoor thermal environment, offering a reference for the energy-saving reconstruction of existing buildings in this area.
