摘要
工学结合是高职教育发展的必由之路,必须坚持不懈地走下去。当前工学结合人才培养模式改革已初见成效,但要继续推进,必须解决目前仍然存在和后期会不断出现的各种问题。文章着重探讨了高职院校在进一步深化工学结合人才培养模式改革过程中需要采取的措施。
Study - work integration is the necessary way worthy of being adopted continuously for the development of higher vocational education. At present, the reform of talents training mode of study - work integration has become effective. We should solve the present problems and those which will arise in the future. The paper focuses on discussing the measures that we should take in the progress of further reforming talents training mode of study - work integration in higher vocational colleges.
