摘要
对影响我国渔民收入的因素进行实证分析有助于制定相关渔业政策,切实提高渔民收入。本文选取水产品价格、海洋捕捞产量、税收负担,以及受教育水平四个变量,利用1998-2007年中国11个沿海省市的面板数据进行分析。实证结果显示,就全部沿海省市而言,水产品价格、海洋捕捞产量、税收负担和受教育水平是影响中国渔民收入的因素。但不同的省市,各个影响因素的显著水平不同。为更为有效地提高当地渔民的收入水平,各地区应根据自身的显著因素来制定相应的对策。
An empirical analysis of the influencing factors of {ishermen＇s income is helpful to the development of relevant fisheries policy and the improvement in the income of fishermen accordingly. We selected four factors as variables, including aquatic price, output of marine fishing, tax burden and educational level, and then conducted an empirical analysis of the panel data of the 11 coastal provinces during 1998-- 2007. The empirical results show that those four factors do have a statistical impact on Chinese fishermen s income, while factors in different region have different significant level. Therefore, in order to raise local revenue effectively, we make corresponding strategy suggestions based on their distinct factors.
