摘要
本文主要对2009年以来上海市标准化水产养殖场中持有水产养殖行业职业技能鉴定证书人员的情况进行调查和分析,同时对证书持有人员总体情况也进行了统计分析。近年来,虽然水产养殖行业职业技能的培训和鉴定人数有了较大的提高,但是上海市标准化水产养殖场中具备水产养殖行业职业技能证书的人员数量远不能达到《规模化水产养殖场生产技术规范》(DB31/T570-2011)标准的要求,尤其是持中级证书人员有较大缺口,持证人员达标的养殖场数量更少;同时,参加水产养殖行业职业技能培训和鉴定的人员构成存在年龄结构老龄化趋势明显、学历水平偏低的现象。针对以上问题,本文提出了应从加强各项标准的执行力度、引入高素质人才以及加强政策配套几方面入手,提高水产行业职业技能证书持有人员的数量及整体素质。
The situation of personnel with aquatic vocational skills certificates was investigated and analyzed in this study,and the certified personnel in standardized aquaculture farms was also analyzed. The training and evaluation of vocational skills has made great progress in recent years,but the number of personnel with aquatic vocational skills certificates were far from meeting the requirements of technical specifications for production of large-scale aquaculture farms（ DB31 /T570- 2011）,especially the amount of technicians with intermediate certificates and few standardized aquaculture farms reached the standard. Besides,results showed an aging trend and lower educational levels.
