摘要
目的:建立健康成年男性血清肿瘤抗原125(CA125)正常参考值范围。方法:采用美国雅培公司生产的全自动化学发光免疫分析仪i2000检测203例健康成年男性血清CA125水平,计算第95百分位数(P95),建立正常参考值范围。结果:血清CA125呈偏态分布。血清CA125中位数为10.3 U/mL,最小值为1.3 U/mL,最大值为28.3 U/mL,95%位数为23.0 U/mL,75%受检者血清CA125低于15U/mL,93%受检者血清CA125低于20 U/mL,97%受检者血清CA125低于25U/mL。经过以10为底的对数转换后呈正态分布,均数为1.01,标准差为0.22。结论:正常成年男性血清CA125正常参考值的建立,对其在某些非肿瘤病理情况下(尤其是慢性心力衰竭)的临床应用提供基础。
Aim：To establish the normal reference values of serum CA125 in healthy Chinese.Methods： The concentrations of serum CA125 in 203 healthy Chinese adult were determined with i2000 Chemoluminescence Analyzer.The percentile 95（P95） was calculated to obtain the reference values.Results： The levels of serum CA125 showed a skewed distribution.The median [ranges] and the P95 were：10.3[1.3~28.3] and 23.0 U/mL,respectively.75% of the values of CA 125 were≤15 U/mL,93% were≤20 U/mL and 97%were ≤25 U/mL.After logarithmic transformation,the Lg CA125 showed a normal distribution,the mean value and standard deviation of Lg CA125 is 1.01±0.22.Conclusion：Race and region may influence the reference values of serum CA125 in healthy Chinese.It is necessary to establish the serum CA125 reference values in healthy Chinese.The proposed reference value obtained in healthy male subjects is significantly lower than the one used in the clinical practice.This value should be kept in mind when extending the use of this marker to other pathologies which was not used up to now.
