摘要
随着电子商务和物流两大新兴行业的迅猛发展,电子渠道在供应链分销系统中的地位越来越重要。电子商务下的多渠道供应链理论研究成为供应链和营销等领域的热点问题。从渠道决策、定价机制、信息共享、库存、服务水平等方面对相关文献进行系统性的梳理和评述,并探讨该领域未来的发展方向和趋势。
With the development of e-commerce and logistics, e-channel plays more and more important role in the distribution system of supply chain. The study of multi-channel supply chain in e-business has become hot in the field of SCM and marketing. The authors summarize and comment on the existing literatures from the aspects of pricing scheme, information sharing, inventory and service level. Then they explore the future researching direction and trend.
