孵育鸡蛋膜对深Ⅱ度烧伤创面bFGF、EGF表达的影响及意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究孵育鸡蛋膜对大鼠深Ⅱ度烧伤创面碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(Basic fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)、上皮生长因子(Epidermal growth factor,EGF)表达的影响及意义。方法:以鸡蛋膜、暴露处理为孵育鸡蛋膜对照,测定伤后7、14、21 d创面愈合率、创面羟脯氨酸含量、EGF和bFGF表达量。结果:孵育鸡蛋膜在各时间点愈合率高于暴露组,伤后7 d EGF,bFGF表达高于对照组。结论:孵育鸡蛋膜对深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合有促进作用,其促愈机理与覆盖孵育鸡蛋膜后创面EGF,bFGF表达增高相关。 Objective:To study the effect of incubated egg membrane on the expressions of bFGF and EGF in deep second degree skin burn in rats.Methods:With the egg membrane exposed as the control for the incubated egg membrane,the wound-healing rate was measured on the 7th,14th and 21st day after burn injury.The contents of hydroxyproline,and the expressions of bFGF and EGF were detected.Results:The wound healing rate of incubated egg membrane group was higher than that of exposed group.On the 7th day after burn injury,the expressions of bFGF and EGF in incubated egg membrane group were higher than those of the control group.Conclusion:Incubated egg membrane may promote the burn healing significantly,through enhancing the expressions of bFGF and EGF in the burn wound.
