摘要
文章主要阐述了查新工作及查新过程中应引起重视的几个问题,即:查新管理部门和查新用户对查新工作的认识、查新人员的素质及查新报告的质量、立项查新、检索用数据库、查新结论等问题。分析了这些问题存在的原因。
This paper mainly expounds some problems that should be paid attention to during the process of S＆T novelty searching. The problems are as following： novelty searching recognition of novelty management section and users, novelty searching stuffs＇ quality and novelty searching reports＇ quality, project novelty searching, database used for novelty searching, and novelty searching results. It then analyzes the reasons of these problems.
