摘要
本文以大鼠为实验对象,探讨河南信阳毛尖茶对 MANA 所诱发大鼠食管上皮增生、癌变的抑制作用。本实验发现:致癌物组不典型增生为45%。茶加致癌物组为22.5%(P<0.05),两组间有显著差异。在癌的发生数量上,致癌物组为50%,茶加致癌物组为20%(P<0.01),两组间有极显著差异。结论为:毛尖茶对 MANA 诱发大鼠食管上皮增生癌变有明显的抑制作用。
Based on the experimental rats,this article is focused on the function of Mao- jian Tea from Xinyang in Henan to inhibit the hyperplasia and canceration caused by MANA in the esophagus epithelium of rats.It has shown that in the carcinogen group the cases of dysplasia is 45% and in the carcinogen group but with tea added the cases of dysplasia is 22.5%(P<0.05).Remarkable difference can be told between these two groups.As to the numbers of cases of cancer,50% is in the carcinogen group and the 20% is in the cancinogen group but with tea added(P<0.01).From above,we can get the conclusion that Mao-Jian Tea is powerful to inhibit the hyperplasia and canceration caused by MANA in the esophagus epithelium of rats.
