摘要
以名古屋系列、东京系列、大阪系列、鸽系列、鸥系列羽衣甘蓝为试材,研究了NaCl胁迫对羽衣甘蓝种子萌发的影响。结果表明:相同浓度NaCl(150mmol/L)对不同品种羽衣甘蓝种子萌发的抑制程度不同,耐盐性最强的是名古屋系列,最弱的是鸽系列。随NaCl浓度的增加,2个品种种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数均呈下降趋势,而相对盐害率则逐渐上升,其耐盐半致死浓度分别为213.65mmol/L和87.32mmol/L。NaCl浓度越高,对种子萌发的抑制作用越强。
Taking ‘Nagoya series’、‘Tokyo series’、‘Osaka series’、‘Pigeons series’ and ‘Seagull series’ as the materials,the effect of NaCl stress on seed germination of ornamental kale were studied.The results showed that the inhibition degree of 150 mmol/L NaCl on the seed germination of different ornamental kale varieties were different,the 'Nagoya series' salt tolerance was the strongest,while the ‘Pigeons series’ was the weakest.With the increasing of salt concentration,the seed germination potential,germination rate,germination index of these two varieties decreased,but the relative salinity injury rate increased.Their median lethal concentration were 213.65 mmol/L and 87.32 mmol/L respectively.The higher the concentration of NaCl was,the stronger the inhibition on seed germination was.
