盐碱胁迫对不同苦瓜品种种子萌发的影响 被引量:7

The Effect of Neutral Salt and Alkali Saline Stress on the Germination of Bitter Gourd Seeds

摘要 [目的]为苦瓜耐盐资源的筛选、种质资源评价、耐盐育种及设施抗盐栽培提供理论依据。[方法]对4个不同品种苦瓜种子在Na+浓度依次为0、34.2、68.4、102.6、136.8mmol/L的中性盐(NaCl)和碱性盐(Na2CO3)溶液中的萌发情况进行研究,分别测定盐溶液对发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数等指标的影响。[结果]NaCl处理下,随着Na+浓度升高,苦瓜种子发芽率、发芽势、活力指数、发芽指数均随Na+浓度的增加而下降;Na2CO3溶液处理下发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数也均随Na+浓度的增加而下降,且下降幅度大于NaCl处理;各苦瓜品种抗盐性大小为:X4>X1>X3>X2。[结论]Na2CO3对苦瓜种子胁迫除主要由Na+作用外可能与高pH值的作用有关。 [ Objective ] The aim of this study was to provide the theoretical basis for screening and utilizing sah-tolerant bitter gourd varieties as well as for cultivating salt-resistance. [ Method ] Four kinds of bitter gourd seedlings were treated with neutral salt NaCI ( 34.2,68.4,102.6, 136.8 mmol/L)and alkaline salt Na, CO~ in plastic pots with nutrient solution. The physiological and biochemical indexes, including the germi- nation rate, germination force, germination index and vitality index were measured after ten days' treating. [ Result] The results showed that the two kinds salt concentration increased, the germination regularity, the germination rate, germination force, germination index and vitality index of bitter gourd seedlings decreased, and Salinity tolerance of bitter gourd seeds under neutral salt stress was higher than that under alkaline stress. Salt tolerance followed the order:X4 〉 XI 〉 X3 〉 X2. [ Conclusion] The alkali saline stress on the germination of bitter gourd Seeds with rele- vant of high pH besides the action of Na + .
