土壤改良剂对盐胁迫下棉花生长及与耐盐有关的几个生理生化指标的影响 被引量:6

Effect of soil amendment on growth traits, physiological and biochemical indices related to salt tolerance of cotton seedling under salinity stress

摘要 利用不同浓度的土壤改良剂处理盐渍化程度不同的土壤,比较了棉花在该土壤中种子的发芽率,幼苗生长特性及相关生理生化指标的变化。结果表明,种子无法在重度(H)盐渍化土壤中发芽;而在土壤改良剂的作用下,棉花在轻度(L)和中度(M)盐渍化土壤中的发芽率和生长性状指标均有较大幅度的改善。随着改良剂浓度的增加,两种土壤中幼苗叶片的可溶性糖含量及POD、CAT活性上升,脯氨酸含量下降;而叶片的蛋白质含量和SOD活性在L土壤中下降,在M土壤中上升。 Under different levels of salt stress in the soil,changes of cotton seedling growth,physiological and biochemical indices related to salt tolerance were compared with the application of different concentrations of soil amendments.Results showed that cotton seeds could not germinate in severe salinity soil(H) even with the treatments of the soil amendment;while the seed germination percents and seedling growth traits in light(L) and moderate(M) salinity soil were improved greatly.The leaf soluble sugar content and POD,CAT activities in cotton seedlings increased with the concentration of soil amendment going up.In the contrast,the change of the leaf proline content decreased.The leaf protein content and SOD activity in seedlings decreased in L soil and increased in M soil after the application of soil amendment.
