摘要
目的探讨小鼠子宫内膜或蜕膜芸豆凝集素的受体在正常性周期和不同妊娠时期的表达模式。方法应用异硫氰酸荧光素(FITC)标记的芸豆凝集素作为分子探针,通过组织切片检测小鼠不同动情周期以及妊娠过程中子宫内膜或蜕膜芸豆植物凝集素受体的分布和变化规律。结果芸豆凝集素受体广泛存在于小鼠子宫内膜中,且在动情周期,不同妊娠时期受体的表达存在着差异。在围着床期,特别是妊娠4d芸豆凝集素受体较多分布于子宫腔周围和内膜基质部分;妊娠晚期、动情周期和间情期分布于内膜基质且数量较少结论芸豆凝集素受体与胚泡着床和妊娠的维持密切相关。
Objective. To explore the expression patterns of phytohemagglutinin (PHA) receptor in mouse endometrium or dec.iduas in different stages of estrous cycle or pregnancy. Methods: PHA was extracted from Yunnan white kidney bean and labeled with FITC (fluorescein isothioeyanate) in our laboratory. FITC-PHA was used as a molecular probe to study the expression patterns of PHA receptor in the mouse endometrium or deciduas during different stages of estrous cycle or pregnancy. Results: The PHA receptor broadly existed in the mouse endometrium at different stages of estrous cycle. In diestrus period, the PHA receptor showed little staining in endometrial stroma. In estrus period, the expression of PHA receptor increased in endometrial stroma and endometrium. In peri-implantation period, especially in 4 d of pregnancy, the PHA receptor expressed widely around the uterine canal and endometrial stroma. From 4 d to 7 d of pregnancy, the PHA receptor expression gradually decreased in deciduas. Conclusions. The PHA receptor might play an important role in mouse blastocyst implantation and pregnant maintenance.
