妊马雌酮联合钬激光及电凝术治疗女性出血性放射性膀胱炎 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨出血性放射性膀胱炎治疗方法。方法回顾性分析自2006年至今应用静脉滴注妊马雌酮(1mg/kg体重1次/日)联合经尿道钬激光汽化及电凝术治疗女性出血性放射性膀胱炎28例。结果本组27例患者出血迅速控制,1例转外科治疗,治愈率96.7%。结论静脉滴注妊马雌酮联合经尿道钬激光及电凝术治疗女性出血性放射性膀胱炎疗效确切、手术简单、安全性高、并发症少、复发率低,是一种很好的治疗手段。 Objective To explore the treatment of hemorrhagic radiation cystitis.Methods Intravenous drip Estrogen alliance HoLRBT and Cauterization was adopted to treat 28 patients with severe radiation-induced hemorrhagic cystitis which was collected from 2006.Results Totally 27 patients bleedings were rapidly controlled by the treatment.Only 1 case was treated by surgical treatment.Recovery rate was 96.7%.Conclusions Intravenous drip Estrogen alliance HoLRBT and Cauterization treated female radiation-induced hemorrhagic cystitis is a safe,effective,simple method with less side effects and low recurrence rate.
