摘要
目的提高肾上腺囊肿的诊治水平。方法回顾分析 6例肾上腺囊肿的临床资料和诊治情况。复习相关文献加以讨论。结果 6例均行手术治疗 ,病理检查为假性囊肿 3例 ,内皮样囊肿 2例 ,腺样囊肿 1例。结论肾上腺囊肿诊断主要靠CT ,若有临床症状或内分泌改变则应手术治疗 ,否则以CT征象分类给予不同处理措施。
Objective To improve the diagnosis and therapeutic level of adrenal cysts.Methods the data of 6 cases of adrenal cysts and the selected literature were reviewed.Results All the cysts was removed, in which there were 3 pseudocysts, 2 endothelial cysts and one epithelial cysts.Conclusions The diagnosis of adrenal cysts was largely based on CT scan. Adrenal cysts giving symptoms or still having glandular functions should be treated surgically ,otherwise it could be treated in different way according to different radiological subtypes determined by CT images.
