摘要
目的观察低剂量妊马雌酮联合复方甲硝唑栓治疗复发性老年性阴道炎疗效。方法对80例复发性老年性阴道炎患者,用药前后行自身对照研究。结果62例患者用药后,阴道炎、尿道炎症状显著改善。血清FSH水平显著下降,E2水平上升至卵早期水平,总胆固醇(TC)下降,甘油三酯(TG)及低密度脂蛋白(LDL)上升,用药后体重、子宫内膜厚度较用药前无显著变化。结论低剂量妊马雌酮联合复方甲硝唑栓能有效改善阴道的健康状态,无内膜过度刺激。
Objeetive To observe the curative effect of relapse senile vaginitis treated with low dose of conjugated estrogen and arilin. Methods 80 cases of such patient were observed and compared before and after treatment. Results The symptoms of 62 cases were improved, FSH and TC level decreased, E2 and LDL increased after treatment. Conclusion This method might improve the healthy state of vagina without hyperstimulation.
