摘要
图书馆的社会职能及机构性质决定了其应在阅读权利保障中发挥中坚作用。论文阐述了我国阅读权利的发展史及研究现状,并针对图书馆所面对的阅读形势,引入长尾理论、4R理论,从理念、氛围、用户及服务内容方面提出了图书馆保障阅读权利的举措,以期推动我国阅读权利保障的全面发展。
Library should play a key role in protecting reading right for its social functions and institution features. This paper discusses the history of our country＇s reading right and the states of research. Aiming at the reading situation of library, it introduces the theory of Long Tail and the theory of 4R, proposes initiatives for library to protect the reading rights from ideas, atmosphere, users and services, hoping to promote China＇s reading right protection.
