摘要
图书馆作为我国公共文化服务体系的重要组成部分,在加强基层文化建设、为弱势群体提供文化等援助方面,有着义不容辞的责任和义务。在我国,弱势群体具有一定的文化需求,这方面各级各类图书馆的作用越来越大。因此,对图书馆为其提供服务的现状及原因进行了分析,并深入探讨图书馆保障弱势群体文化权益的策略等至关重要。
As an important part of the public cultural service system, the library has the incumbent responsibility and obligation in strengthening the construction of grassroots＇ culture and providing cuhural and other assistance to the vulnerable groups. In our country, vulnerable groups have a certain cultural needs and the role of various types of libraries at all levels is growing. Therefore, it is crucial to analyze the status and reasons of library service, and to discuss the strategy of protecting the cultural rights and interests of vulnerable groups.
