摘要
目的评价削除术联合美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗初诊脂溢性角化病患者的临床疗效和不良反应。方法本文为回顾性分析,选取2018年1月至2022年3月来自南方医科大学皮肤病医院皮肤外科、中山市中医院皮肤科、南方医科大学顺德医院皮肤科、中山市黄圃人民医院皮肤科的30例初诊为脂溢性角化病患者,共43处皮损;其中男性16例,女性14例,年龄(54.27±11.44)岁。均采用削除术联合美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗,统计创面愈合率及不良反应发生率。结果43处皮损经组织病理检查诊断为脂溢性角化病的皮损有40处,日光性角化病的皮损有2处,病毒疣的皮损有1处。纳入本研究进行观察的40处脂溢性角化病皮损的创面平均愈合时间为(9.10±0.80)d,1处创面愈合后出现红斑,1例糖尿病患者1处创面发生了感染,经抗感染及换药处理后创面愈合,遗留有轻度瘢痕;2处创面愈合后有色素沉着,不良反应发生率为10%(2/40)。术后3个月随访中,40处创面的痊愈率为100%,随访期间,均未见皮损复发。结论削除术联合美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗脂溢性角化病患者具有病理活检率高、临床疗效好、创面愈合时间短、不良反应少等优点。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of resection combined with moist exposed burn ointment(MEBO)in the treatment of patients with seborrheic keratosis.Methods In this retrospective analysis,43 lesions of 30 newly diagnosed patients with seborrheic keratosis were selected from departments of dermatology of Dermatology Hospital of Southern Medical University,Zhongshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,Shunde Hospital of Southern Medical University,Huangpu People's Hospital from January 2018 to March 2022.There were 16 males and 14 females;they were(54.27±11.4)years old.All the patients took resection and moist exposed burn ointment.The wound healing rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were analyzed.Results A mong the 43 lesions confirmed as seborrheic keratosis,40 had skin lesion,2 were diagnosed as actinic keratosis,and 1 was diagnosed as viral warts by the pathological examination.Forty seborrheic keratosis lesions were included in this study for observation.The wound healing time was(9.10±0.80)days;erythema occurred in 1 wound after wound healing;one diabetic patient had 1 wound infection,and the wound healed with mild scar after anti-infection and dressing change;2 wounds had pigmentation after wound healing;the incidence of adverse reactions was 10%(2/40).After 3 months'follow-up,the recovery rate of the 40 wounds was 100%,and no recurrence of skin lesions was observed.Conclusion Treating seborrheic keratosis by resection combined with MEBO has the advantages of a high implementation rate of pathological examination,good clinical efficacy,short wound healing time,and few adverse reactions.
