摘要
目的:对细叶石仙桃地上部分脂溶性成分进行初步研究。方法:冷浸法提取细叶石仙桃地上部分,分离出其脂溶性成分,采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术检测其化学成分。结果:从细叶石仙桃地上部分分离鉴定出19个化学成分,占色谱总馏分出峰面积的99.99%。结论:脂溶性成分有烯烃(11.07%)、脂肪酸酯(60.81%)和烷烃(28.11%)。
Objective: To study the fat-soluble components from the aerial parts of Pholidota.cantonensis Rolfe.Result: The aerial parts of P.cantonensis were extracted and the fat soluble components were separated by cold-soak extraction,and GC-MS was used to analyze their components.Results: 19 compounds were identified which account for 99.99% of the total components.Conclusion: Fat-soluble components include alkene(11.07%) aliphatic ester(60.81%),and alkane(28.11%).
