摘要
对电力系统黑启动后期线路投入算法和系统重要负荷恢复过程进行了研究。首先阐述了负荷恢复与后续线路投入的控制过程,确立了重要负荷恢复开始到恢复完成的流程。然后以Dijkstra算法为基础,提出了基于负荷恢复的有效线路投入算法。最后以IEEE39节点系统为例对算法进行了编程,实现了在满足线路潮流限制的同时使投入的线路尽可能少,并使重要负荷尽快恢复的目标。论文所得的研究成果对电力系统黑启动预案的制定和在线决策系统的开发具有参考价值和积极意义。
The algorithm of transmission line restoration during subsequent process of black start and the recovery process of important load were investigated. Firstly, the control process of important load recovery and subsequent lines restoration was expatiated, determinging every step of important load recovery from the beginning to the end. Then based on the Dijkstra algorithm, a way of selecting effective lines was presented in case that some transmission lines are overloaded during the process of load's restoration. Finally, programming implementation of this algorithm was realized on the IEEE 39-bus power system, and the results meet the target of recovering important load rapidly within normal operation limits and inputting as few lines as possible. The obtained achievements have reference value and active meaning to the preplan formulation of black start and its online decision-making system development.
