ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸对结直肠癌患者的营养治疗作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸对结直肠癌患者的营养治疗作用。方法将晚期结直肠癌患者63例随机分为两组:研究组32例,静脉输注中长链脂肪乳0.9 g/(kg.d)和ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸0.1g/(kg.d);对照组31例,输注中长链脂肪乳1 g/(kg.d),观察治疗前后的白蛋白、C反应蛋白和KPS评分值变化和不良反应。结果 7 d后,两组白蛋白值有增加趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组与对照组比较,C反应蛋白值降低,KPS评分值增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加用ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸能降低结直肠癌患者外周血CRP水平和增加KPS评分值,无明显不良反应,是便捷有效的营养治疗方法。
