摘要
基于DEA-Malmquist指数分析法,选择2002—2009年中国30个省(市、自治区)医疗财政投入产出指标为跨期面板数据,分析了省域间医疗财政投入效率的变化差异。结果显示:中国整体的医疗财政支出效率水平较低,目前仍处于增长状态,东部地区医疗财政支出效率相对较高,西部相对较低,中部最低。
With DEA-Malmquist method, this paper takes the input and output data of medical financial expenditure of 30 provinces （cities, autonomous regions） from 2002 to 2009 as panel data, and analyzes the different efficiency of the provincial medical financial expenditure. The results show that our overall medical expenditure efficiency is low relatively , but increasing, the eastern region medical expenditure efficiency is high relatively, and the center and the west are low relatively, particularly the center.
