摘要
就业指导课程体系的构建对于针对性开展大学生的就业指导工作有着重要的指导作用。目前高校就业指导课程的建设及教学模式受传统的教学方式影响,教学过程以教师为中心,学生多为被动接受。基于建构主义教育理论,应从课程建设的理论依据、课程的主要内容、教学方法、教学过程及课程的教学评价五方面来构建就业指导课的教学模式,使就业指导课更能体现学生主体学习,理论与实践高度融合的效果。
The establishment of employment guidance curriculum system is of directive significance to the cause of college students employment guidance.At present,the establishment of employment guidance curriculum system and teaching pattern are under the influnce of traditional teching mode.Teaching procedure is cetered on teacher.The students accepted passively.According to the Theory of Educational Constructivism,we can constuct a better teaching model for vocational counsel from following five aspects as theoretical basis of curriculum establishment,main content,teaching method,teaching process and teaching evaluation to achieve students＇ subject position and the fusion of theory and practice.
