摘要
在高等教育大众化背景下,大学生就业是政府、社会与家庭关注的焦点问题。通过对广州几所高职高专院校在校生的问卷调查,分析了当代大学生的择业观和对未来职业的期望,对调查反映出的问题进行了剖析,提出应构建从小学到大学纵向的职业教育体系,引导学生及早进行职业生涯规划,政府也应制定积极的就业政策鼓励大学生到经济欠发达地区就业。
In the situation of higher education popularizing, the government, society and families are warmly focusing on the question of employment of graduated college students. This article analyzes the college students＇ conception of occupation selection and the expectation for future job, through the questionnaire investigation which had been made in several colleges by author, This article puts forward the idea that we should build a vertical occupation education system from primary schools to universities, which will ins colleges or u which will instruct the students to make the vocation career layout as early as possible, the government should also make some corresponding positive policy to improve college or university students to work in undeveloped area.
