摘要
阐述了在基于单乙醇胺吸收CO2方法中,为了使吸收剂循环利用,需要消耗大量的热量。针对国内某600 MW机组,通过对使用三种不同的抽汽热源情况下的计算,比较由于多抽汽引起的做功损失、机组热效率变化以及再生塔产生的火用损,得出最佳用于再生塔所引起的汽机做功损失、机组热效率变化较小的抽汽段热源。
In the way of absorbing carbon dioxide by MEA,it is much heat-consuming to achieve cycling use of absorbent.Calculations are done under three different heat sources of extraction to compare power loss caused by excessive extraction,thermal efficiency of the turboset,and exergy loss of regenerative tower.The result shows us the most economical heat source for a domestic 600 MW unit in terms of power loss caused by regenerative tower and the heat source with the least change of thermal efficiency.
