摘要
通过对10种发电技术的单一指标和综合指标的洁净化度的研究,分析和预测了中国2030年和2050年煤炭利用过程中污染物排放对环境的影响程度,给出了评价煤炭高效洁净化利用程度的洁净化度的概念并作出了相应的定量判据。研究结果表明:不同发电技术采用二氧化碳捕获与埋存(CCS)技术后,洁净化度比不采用CCS的大,其中多联产、超超临界发电的综合洁净化度较大;随着煤炭高效洁净化技术路线的实施和大规模利用,总体洁净化度提高,特别是2050年,在能源消费总量增加、煤炭总量略有增加的情况下,如果全国50%的燃煤发电机组采用CCS技术,煤炭利用总洁净化度将从2030年的61%增加到71%。
This paper presents the concept of clean degree index for coal utilization,including index for one pollutant and comprehensive index.10 kinds of clean coal technologies were assessed,as well as the coal utilization in the year 2030 and 2050 in China based on clean degree.The results show that the clean degree of technology with CO2 capture and sequestration(CCS) is larger than that without CCS.Polygeneration with CCS and ultra-supercritical pulverized coal power plant(USCPC) with CCS have the largest clean degree amongst these technologies.The total clean degree index can be improved with clean coal technology being widely used.If 50% coal power plants were installed with CCS in 2050,clean degree index of CO2 would increase from 61% in 2030 to 71%,with increasing total energy consumption and slightly increasing coal consumption.
