摘要
采用等效热降理论分别对电站给水泵正暖和倒暖两种暖泵方式造成的蒸汽做功损失进行了定量计算,比较了两种暖泵方式在经济性和安全性方面的特点,提出了正暖泵回水方式的改进方案,即将回水经扩容器进入凝汽器改接至4号低压加热器,热量得以充分利用,经济性得到大幅提高。
Adopting the equivalent heat drop theory, the steam work- done loss resulted from two war- ming- up modes, namely positive warming- up and reverse warming- up, for feed- water pumps in one power plant has been quantitatively calculated, the characters of the two warming - up modes in aspects of economic efficiency and safety being compared. A retrofit scheme of the water - returning mode for positive warming - up has been put forward, the return water was originally entering into the condenser through a flash tank, being reconnected to the low -pressure heater no. 4, making its heat to he fully utilized,and its economic efficiency to be enhanced by a big margin.
