摘要
通过野外采样和室内测定,研究不同生境中五爪金龙(Ipomoea cairica)叶片的昆虫取食状类型及取食强度,并鉴定其昆虫种类,为粤东地区主要入侵杂草五爪金龙的生物防治提供参考。结果表明:5个生境中,昆虫对五爪金龙叶片的取食类型主要为孔食状和缘食状,孔食状类型所占的比例均高于70%,其中生境1达到92%;取食强度主要集中于1级,均在70%以上,2级为4%~16%;而其重度取食的比例因生境不同而存在显著差异,尤其是伴生植物较少或光照充足的生境3与生境5,其重度危害的比例分别达到10.49%、8.17%;各生境中,五爪金龙叶片被昆虫取食的频率随时间而大幅度上升,5月份取食频率在40%以上,至7月份,其取食频率均在90%以上;从五爪金龙植株上采集的昆虫共鉴定出共6目10科,此外还有蜘蛛目和蜱螨目及柄眼科的蜗牛等动物。至于昆虫种类与取食类型、危害程度的对应关系还需进一步探讨。
Intensity and patterns of leaf area eaten of invasive weed Ipomoea cairica were studied in different habitats by field sampling and laboratory testing,and insect species were identified from I.cairica population,which can provide some conferences for biologicalcontrol to invasive weed I.cairica in Eastern Guangdong.Results showed that the main eating types were edge and perforation defoliations in all habitats,and the percentage of perforation defoliation reached over 70% respectively,especially 92% in habitat 1.Eating intensity mainly focused on 1 grade,which occupied 70% above,and the second is 2 grade(4%~16%).The proportions of heavily eating(3 grade) existed significant difference among different habitats,for example,the ratio of severe damaging was 10.49%,8.17% respectively because of less associated plants or enough light in habitat 3 and 5.In all habitats,the eating frequency was about 40% in May,but that was more than 90% individually in July.Insects collected from I.cairica population were identificated,whinch included 6 Classes and 10 Families,in addition,some animals species were found from Araneae,Acarina and Stylommatophora etc.As for the relationship between insect species,eating patterns and damage degree needs further research.
