摘要
用凯氏定氮法测定了粤东地区17种重要的外来植物粗蛋白含量。其中空心莲子草含量高达32.38%,另外薇甘菊、马缨丹、水葫芦、飞机草、空心莲子草等在叶蛋白的提取及叶蛋白产品的开发利用方面具有良好的前景。
The content of protein in leaves (based on dried leaves) of seventeen kinds of important exotic plants in the east of Guangdong province, were determined by Micro- Kjeldahl method. Among them, the content of protein in leaves of Alternanthera philoxeroides is as high as 32.38 %. The result showed that Mikania rnicrantha Kunth , Lantana camara L . , Eichhornia crassipes Solm, Eupatoriurn odoraturn L . , Alternanthera philoxeroides(Mait. ) Griseb and so on, appear to have better prospect of the extraction of leave protein and the utilization of the products of leave protein.
